Beans with Tahini Dressing (Impression)

Golden grilled beans with a citrusy, creamy tahini sauce. A mix of bright citrus and smoky char for a flavorful, quick dish.

01 - Salt and pepper to season
02 - Some olive oil
03 - 300g flat green beans

→ Tahini dressing

04 - 1 fresh lemon
05 - 2 spoonfuls of tahini
06 - Honey (½ tbsp)
07 - 3 garlic cloves, smashed

# Étapes de préparation:

01 - Snap off the ends and pull away the strings on both sides with your hands or a peeler. Slice them so they’re short enough to fit in your grill pan. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil and seasoning.
02 - Turn on the heat until the pan’s extremely hot. Work in batches if you need to so you don’t overcrowd it, and gently arrange the beans on the pan.
03 - Flip the beans a few times until you see lovely dark grill marks on all sides.
04 - For the dressing, slice the lemon in two and place it cut side down on the grill. Let it blacken and pick up some smoky color.
05 - Mix tahini, honey, and garlic in a small bowl. Gradually stir in small amounts of water until it becomes smooth. Squeeze in your smoky lemon juice and season to your liking.
06 - Coat the beans thoroughly in the dressing and enjoy immediately. Optional toppings like preserved lemons, raisins, or nuts can add a nice touch.
