Toss the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon into a big bowl. Stir them up well.

Dump the nuts, eggs, mashed bananas, oil, pineapple, vanilla, cherries, and coconut into the dry mixture. Stir gently—don’t overdo it.

Split the batter evenly into the greased pans. Bake for about an hour. It’s ready when a toothpick pushed into the middle comes out clean.

Let the loaves sit in their pans for 10 minutes. Move them to a cooling rack after that to finish cooling before slicing them up.
