Start by smashing the banana in a mixing bowl until it’s smooth. Add the flour and use a fork or spatula to bring it together.
02 -
When it starts getting crumbly, use your hands to knead it gently into a dough that’s smooth but has a slight stickiness inside. Stop as soon as it comes together—don’t overdo it.
03 -
Break the dough into seven equal chunks. Oil your hands a little, then roll each piece into a small ball.
04 -
Spray your air fryer basket with some non-stick cooking spray. Place the dough balls inside with enough space so they don’t touch.
05 -
Set the air fryer to 177°C (350°F) and let the dough balls cook for around 6 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
06 -
Right after they’re done, while they’re still warm, brush each one lightly with oil and roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated well.
07 -
Eat them warm right after coating for the best flavor and texture.
