Balsamic Roasted Mushrooms (Impression)

Earthy mushrooms roasted in balsamic, garlic, and thyme for a deep, savory flavor and tender texture.

01 - 450g cremini or button mushrooms, cleaned and halved

→ Marinade

02 - 45ml balsamic vinegar
03 - 30ml olive oil
04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
06 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
07 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

09 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

# Étapes de préparation:

01 - Set oven to 200°C. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease to prevent sticking.
02 - Wipe mushrooms gently with a damp paper towel or soft brush to remove dirt. Halve large mushrooms, leave small ones whole.
03 - Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
04 - Add mushrooms to the marinade and toss thoroughly until evenly coated. Let stand for 5 minutes.
05 - Distribute mushrooms in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid crowding for optimal caramelisation.
06 - Roast in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway, until mushrooms are tender and browned.
07 - Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot as a side, over rice, or added to salads.
