Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Slice each croissant horizontally. Layer a half slice of cheese, a portion of ham, then another half slice of cheese onto the lower half of each croissant. Top with the remaining croissant halves to create sandwiches.

In a small bowl, combine softened butter, yellow mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until fully blended.

Apply the butter mixture evenly on the inside of each prepared croissant sandwich.

Place all assembled croissant sandwiches in the greased baking dish.

Whisk egg white with a splash of water in a small bowl. Brush the top of each croissant with the egg wash and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and croissants are golden brown.

Remove from oven and serve the croissants warm.
