# Ingredient List:

→ Croissant Sandwich Components

01 - 8 mini croissants
02 - 4 slices smoked cheddar cheese, halved
03 - 0.75 pound deli-cut ham

→ Butter Honey Mustard Glaze

04 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
05 - 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
06 - 1 tablespoon honey
07 - 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 large egg white
09 - Poppy seeds, for sprinkling

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

03 - In a small bowl, combine softened butter, yellow mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until fully blended.
04 - Apply the butter mixture evenly on the inside of each prepared croissant sandwich.
05 - Place all assembled croissant sandwiches in the greased baking dish.
06 - Whisk egg white with a splash of water in a small bowl. Brush the top of each croissant with the egg wash and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
07 - Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and croissants are golden brown.
08 - Remove from oven and serve the croissants warm.
