Bacon Brie Omelette (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 slices of Brie cheese
02 - Salt and pepper as needed
03 - 3 large eggs
04 - 1 small spoonful of butter
05 - Three strips of streaky bacon

# Instructions:

01 - Crack the eggs into a bowl and give them a good whisk until the yolks and whites are blended. Add some salt and a touch of pepper.
02 - In a hot frying pan, cook the bacon until it’s just right for your liking. Take it out of the pan, let it cool for a second, and chop into smaller pieces.
03 - Warm a non-stick pan over a medium-low flame. Toss in some butter, and let it melt. Tilt the pan so the butter coats the surface evenly.
04 - Pour the whisked eggs into your hot pan. Let the edges firm up, then gently loosen them with a rubber spatula as it all cooks. Let it sit until done just the way you like.
05 - Spread the bacon pieces and Brie over one side of the cooked eggs. Fold the other side over, carefully slide it onto a plate, and enjoy while it’s hot!
