Sweet Date Almond Rolls (Printable View)

Soft Medjool dates and roasted almonds mixed and finished with coconut. Quick to fix and totally satisfying.

01 - 100 grams of whole almonds
02 - A quarter cup of shredded coconut
03 - 400 grams of Medjool dates (about 20), without pits

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Pop the almonds into your food processor and blend until they're finely ground.
02 - Throw the dates into the processor and keep blending. Scrape the sides down when needed until it all sticks together in one ball of goodness.
03 - Divide the mixture into 16 pieces and roll each chunk into little logs.
04 - Put some shredded coconut in a bowl. Roll the logs in the coconut so they're fully covered.
