Pop the almonds into your food processor and blend until they're finely ground.

Throw the dates into the processor and keep blending. Scrape the sides down when needed until it all sticks together in one ball of goodness.

Divide the mixture into 16 pieces and roll each chunk into little logs.

Put some shredded coconut in a bowl. Roll the logs in the coconut so they're fully covered.
