# Preparation Steps:

01 - Let the pizza dough sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or roll out freshly made dough until relaxed.
02 - Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness and cut into 3 x 3 inch squares.
03 - Place mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt in the center of each square.
04 - Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch the seams to seal each roll tightly.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
06 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the filled rolls in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
07 - Air fry the rolls at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
